Creative Graphics Designer with Web Designing Experience

We are seeking a talented and versatile Creative Graphics Designer with Web Designing Experience to join our dynamic team and help us create visually stunning and engaging digital assets across various platforms.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop visually appealing graphic designs, illustrations, and layouts for various marketing materials, including but not limited to websites, social media posts, email campaigns, print materials, and digital advertisements.

2. Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute creative strategies that align with the company brand identity, messaging, and objectives.

3. Design and optimize user-centric website layouts, ensuring seamless navigation, functionality, and aesthetic appeal. Utilize best practices in web design, UX/UI principles, and responsive design techniques.

4. Create and maintain a consistent visual style and brand identity across all digital and print assets, adhering to brand guidelines and standards.

5. Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and design tools/software to continuously enhance design capabilities and innovation.

6. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet project deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, development, and content creation, to ensure alignment and integration of design elements across all platforms.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, Visual Communication, or related field.

2. Proven experience as a graphic designer with a strong portfolio showcasing creative design concepts and web design projects.

3. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and web design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, or Figma.

4. Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for web design and development purposes.

5. Strong conceptual thinking, creative problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.

6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.

7. Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and adapt to changing priorities in a deadline-driven environment.

8. Knowledge of SEO principles, accessibility standards, and user experience best practices is a plus.
